Foraging 101 is an educational course that teaches individuals how to safely identify and harvest edible wild plants and fungi in their local environment, focusing on proper identification techniques, seasonal availability, sustainable harvesting practices, and preparing and cooking the foraged items; it aims to foster a deeper connection with nature while acquiring knowledge about the diverse edible and medicinal species found in our area.
