Make a Difference

Donations to OARS go straight into supporting our organizations ability to provide free programs for youth and families in the community. Free programs that OARS has made available include seasonal and year-long scouting programs and training, first aid and safety training, and family educational workshops. We work directly with other local non-profit groups like the Cuba Circulating Library, Local Military Clubs, the PTO, and more.
